Over the past twelve years, Ukraine has experienced major changes that have shaped the lives of its people and its relationship with Europe. From the events of 2014 to the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022, Ukraine has faced many challenges while continuing to look towards a future closer to the European Union.
In this event, we invite you to learn more about how Ukraine has changed from 2014 to 2026 through the perspective of a young Ukrainian living in Denmark. Rather than focusing on politics alone, we will explore personal experiences, everyday life, and how events in Ukraine have influenced young people’s hopes, plans, and views of Europe.
How has life changed for young Ukrainians? What does it mean to grow up during such an important period in the country’s history? And how has living in Denmark influenced the way a young Ukrainian sees their home country and Europe?
Join us for an informal and engaging conversation about Ukraine, young people’s experiences, and the changes that have shaped the country over the past twelve years.
The event is planned in collaboration with Ukrainian Dialogues and European Youth Denmark.
It is free to participate, but registration is needed in order to get the webinar link.
